Battery Cancellation and Return Policy
At Houston Roadside Assistance, our goal is to ensure our customers’ satisfaction by offering quality products and reliable service. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or return your battery purchase. To clarify any questions, we detail our cancellation and return policy below:
1. Cancellation of Purchase
• Cancellation Period: You can cancel your battery order within the first 24 hours after making the purchase, as long as the product has not been shipped. If the cancellation is made within this period, no penalty will be applied.
• Cancellation After Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order after the product has been shipped, a penalty of $95.99 will apply. This fee covers costs associated with order processing, logistics, and product handling.

2. Battery Returns
• Return Conditions: Batteries can only be returned if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. In this case, the customer must notify Houston Roadside Assistance within the first 24 hours after receiving the product.
• Evidence of Problem: To process the return, we ask customers to provide evidence of the damage or defect, such as photos or videos of the product, along with a detailed description of the problem.
• Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and without having been installed or used, unless the defect was discovered during the initial installation.
3. Refund Process
• Product Evaluation: Once we have received and evaluated the returned battery, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of order cancellation, the $95.99 penalty will be deducted before refund is issued.
4. Exclusions and Exceptions
• Damage from Improper Installation: Returns will not be accepted if damage to the product is the result of improper installation or inappropriate use after delivery.
• No Return Policy: We do not accept returns on batteries that have been installed and used without manufacturing defects or damage evident at the time of delivery.
